Dear Stata Users,
I have this dataset on pharmaceutical companies acquisitions over a number of years. For each firm, in each therapeutic category( this is one dimension of panel) I have the number of acquisitions in a given year. I am looking to estimate the probability of acquiring a firm in a given therapeutic category (Y!=0) conditional on the fact that I have already acquired a firm in this therapeutic subcategory. Can anyone suggest a way to go about this? I am attempting to look at the complementarity between acquisitions.
Y=number of acquisitions by AstraZeneca in therapeutic category K in year 1.
Thank you
