I am trying to build a bivariate multinomial probit model with each of the multinomial decisions made based on the binary response in the higher-level decision.
While I am able to build a single multinomial probit model with sample selection, I am not able to build two multinomial probit models using CMP.
Does CMP accommodate bivariate multinomial probit models?
