Hi I am a political science student and quite new to stata
I have used primary data from surveyxact, where one of the questions in the survey contained a measure of degree (interval 1-10). When admitting the dataset to stata, stata automatically has splitted the respondents up in several variables. So one variable for respondents answering 1, another variable for respondents answering 2 and so on.. Can anyone help me how to combine the respondents into one variable so I am able to actually use it in analyzing?
Best regards
