Hi David,
When I run the QE model in admetan with missing quality information it still runs and produces results as below. These results do not match those when restricted to only studies with valid quality information. The last two studies in the dataset had missing quality information. Is there a way to automatically assign zero weight to these studies without valid quality (those with missing, negative or non-numeric quality data)? I think its fine if it still shows up in the forest plot with missing weights.
Btw, I found the quality of the forest plots to be really great and forestplot with the options of astext, boxscale, spacing, leftjustify and range allow almost any data-set to render nicely.
Regards
Suhail
