Hello All,
I am currently working with a panel data-set where I have missing observations for every column excluding Year and GeoName. I have attached a screenshot for reference.
My objective is to replace my missing observations with the weighted sum of other observations. For example, I would like to replace the missing values in Ethanol_cap21 with .118 * the value given for the District of Columbia + .129 * the value given for Nevada + etc.
I apologize if my question is a little vague. I can happily provide extra information if needed.
Thanks,
Mitchell
