Hello,
I (- am using Stata 14.2- ) have a panel data set with about 3.000 observations over 10 years. Furthermore, I have 3 binary dependent variables, 2 independent variables and 3 moderators. The question I have is when to run the Hausman test to decide whether to use xtlogit, re or xtlogit, fe. I read somewhere that for this decision you should use the model what you want to interpret at the end. But now I have the problem that I want to interpret more than one model. I want to interpret the following models:
depvar_1 indepvar_1
depvar_1 indepvar_1 moderator_1
depvar_1 indepvar_1 moderator_2
depvar_1 indepvar_1 moderator_3
depvar_2 indepvar_1
depvar_2 indepvar_1 moderator_1
depvar_2 indepvar_1 moderator_2
depvar_2 indepvar_1 moderator_3
depvar_3 indepvar_1
depvar_3 indepvar_1 moderator_1
depvar_3 indepvar_1 moderator_2
depvar_3 indepvar_1 moderator_3
depvar_1 indepvar_2
depvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_1
depvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_2
depvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_3
depvar_2 indepvar_2
depvar_2 indepvar_2 moderator_1
depvar_2 indepvar_2 moderator_2
depvar_2 indepvar_2 moderator_3
depvar_3 indepvar_2
depvar_3 indepvar_2 moderator_1
depvar_3 indepvar_2 moderator_2
depvar_3 indepvar_2 moderator_3
depvar_1 indepvar_1 indepvar_2
depvar_1 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_1
depvar_1 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_2
depvar_1 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_3
depvar_2 indepvar_1 indepvar_2
depvar_2 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_1
depvar_2 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_2
depvar_2 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_3
depvar_3 indepvar_1 indepvar_2
depvar_3 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_1
depvar_3 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_2
depvar_3 indepvar_1 indepvar_2 moderator_3
Do I have to do the Hausman test for every model I want to interpret?
Thanks a lot for the help!
