I am running some dynamic panel data with xtabond2, and often the coefficients of the lagged dependent variable (yt-1 and yt-2) add (almost) to 1. What does this mean? Is there a problem in my data? My understanding is that with GMM estimators one does not need to worry about non-stationarity. Below you find some results of a number of models that have been estimated via system GMM. Similar results are obtained with difference GMM. Thanks for your help.
