Hello,
I import data (related to one single variable "stringency" in excel to stata. However it appears in a single column the day-week-month and it appears in each column the values for each country. This means that each variable is a name of a country. How can I change this data in order to have the countries in one column and the date (day-month-year) in another country. Can you help me with this issue?
I sent you an example. Thank you in advance.
