Does anyone know how to run a hurdle model with interval data?
We have asked the respondents about their maximum willingness to pay using a payment card with 5 different cost levels (0, 10, 25, 50, and 100.). This gives a data that is both left censored and right censored and where the WTP is within different intervals. i.e if the respondent stated that the maximum they would like to pay is 10 then we know that the WTP is at least 10 but not as high as 25. Since all respondents answer two WTP question we use a panel interval regression model to analyze this.

However since a lot of respondents stated that their WTP =0 we would like to use a hurdle model.
Does anyone know how to use a hurdle model with interval (panel) data in stata16?
