Please, can anyone help me on how to run a Tobit regression taking into consideration random effect and year effect?
The command I used is;
tobit (dependent variable) (independent variable), ul(1000)
If this may help further for a better answer, my total observation is 2,346
And my dependent variable is coded 1 for the situation to happen and 0 otherwise which n is barely 100 if it is 1 (the zeros are over 2000)
