Hi everyone,
I have treatment effects and their standard errors from 90 independent studies and would like to generate two things: (1) Bayesian estimates of each individual effect and its standard error and (2) a forest plot that shows both the unadjusted study effects and the shrunken effects. I don't see a way to do this in metan, metaan, or metareg. Can someone suggest commands that will give me what I want? I appreciate it.
Sean
