Hi! I am trying to make a study in regards to contingent valuation method using logit, which is in my opinion neither a single bounded/ double bounded dichotomous choice. I asked our respondent if they are willing to pay a certain randomized bid amount for an improved river water. If they answer "yes", we stopped. However when they answer "no" I asked them an open-ended question on their willingness to pay. Is there any way that I can incorporate this in Stata? Thank you.
