Hello
I have a research question involving annual savings by individuals and that I have a panel data set on individuals collected on January 31, 2010 and January 31, 2011. If I include a dummy variable for the second time period and apply the first-difference transformation or the first-difference transformation, can I also include the variable age of the individuals as a regressor in the original model?
