Hello,
I'm trying to calculate the P trend value for an event risk according to the different disease categories. I have calculated the risk (RR) per category from individual meta-analyses as outlined below.
Disease categories | RR [95% Conf. Interval]
---------------------+---------------------------------------------------
Category 1 | 1.050 0.990 1.110
Category 2 | 1.200 1.110 1.290
Category 3 | 1.540 1.360 1.740
How do I calculate p trend for these? Can I use the ptrend command or something else?
Thanks for your help,
Dearbhla
