Hello,
I have been trying to check if there was already some code about the test statistic about policy ineffectiveness that Pesaran and Smith present in this paper: http://eprints.bbk.ac.uk/15285/1/15285.pdf.
I have tried the stata help and this forum but no luck. Do any of you know how I could do this with STATA? Have any of you used it?
Thanks,
Joana
