Hello, I am trying to perform a univariate Diagnostic accuracy using 2x 2 values in STATA. As I have realised, the use of STATA is decreasing nowadays and I couldn't find many people who could help me with this problem.
I want to calculate the sensitivity of a 2 x 2 table data and I am trying to use metan command. Could someone please help me with the metan command for a diagnostic accuracy study, maybe with an example? It would be a great help.
