Dear Stata users,

I am trying to draw splines using Stata after Cox-model as shown in the below figure. In this figure, hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals are related to body mass index, modelled by linear splines with knots at body mass indices of 20, 25, 30, and 35 (reference is body mass index 25 in each category). Hazard ratios and 95% confidence intervals were obtained from Cox regression models adjusted for various other variables.

In my case I would like to draw the hazard ratio of ESKD in relation to baseline GFR using one value of GFR as reference.

I have tried the codes from following post.

But got some error.
