Hi, i am a medical student in Vietnam. I am doing my Undergraduation thesis and I have a question about my data analysis. Please help me.
One of my thesis objectives is to investigate the effect of baseline eGFR (estimate Glomerular filtration rate) on 6 months and 12 months mortality.
My variables are the value of eGFR for each patient, classification of eGFR by WHO (5 class) for each patient, outcome (alive, dead or lost to follow up) in 6 month, outcome (alive, dead or lost to follow up) in 12 month.
I am using STATA 13. So what analysis can I do to accomplish my objective? Can I draw a Kaplain-Meier with my data?
