My data set has two waves of survey data in a questionnaire form and test scores for the same subjects at two points in time (the only continuous variable in the data sets). The two data sets followed the same individuals across both times. However, the two waves used two very different questionnaires meaning the only variable it has in common are the test scores. Is this pooled cross-sectional data because it does not have the typical elements of panel data? Is there any way I can run fixed effects/random effects or mixed-model effects with this data?
