Hi! I'm testing a diff-in-diff model and the dummy variable identifying individual i was ommitted of my model by collinearity with interaction dummy (correlation: ~ 0.74, statistically significant). How to proceed? What kind of problem the omission of the variable can cause?. I am quite new to the use of diff-in-diff.
