I have two different datasets of patients and I would like to perform survival analyses to compare them. First, I used STATA/SE 15.1 to match them on several characteristics (age, gender, race, ethnicity) using the commands "joinby" and "rangejoin." Is it acceptable to proceed with the "sts test", or do I need to somehow account for the fact that the data are now matched/paired? If so, can you please advise me on how to do this in STATA? Thank you.
