Dear All,
I am dealing with DHS-Turkey dataset. The form of the data is wide. Each case id represents a unique mother. For example, first mother (case id 010420 02) has 1 child but 6th mother (case id361813 02) has 2 children. The data is cross sectional and each variable is recorded in 2013.
I want to sort my data in the long form. That is, i want children variables to be sorted vertically having the same id number of their mother. I could not do this because i do not have "j" variable which is subovervation identifier.
How can i do this?
Thank you so much.. Array
