Dear all
i hope you are doing good
actually i would study the issue of endogeneity and i have found the following steps to do the test but it's still a bit ambiguous to me. i would appreciate if someone can explain it more and helps me with stata commands
" After using the Haussman test, we compare the difference in estimates between OLS and two-stage least squares (2SLS). The statistics is 0.3254 and p-value is 0.186, which is insignificant. Therefore, based on the test, we conclude the problem of endogeneity is not a substantial problem in our empirical testing".
kind regards
SEDKI
