Hi,

Just ran into something weird in stata. I have split a variable into three variables and have used to regressions. I tab that one of split variables, it shows an alphabet in tab and there are no alphabets in the original variable. And few minutes later, I again tab that variable and it displays correctly. Can someone pls explain why this may be the case? I tried few times tab now, it displays correctly. Thanks
