Hello,
I have daily panel data where dependent variable is the number of cancer cases by day and by county. My independent variables (such as percentage of Hispanics) do not change over time (they are stable for each county). I would like to predict how these county stable characteristics predict changes (increase or decrease) in the number of cancer cases over time. What is the most appropriate model to estimate such relationship?
I have done some fixed effects modeling (using xtreg or xtgls) in the past, but all my variables (IV and DVs) changed over time. Now, my independent variables are stable.
Thank you so much in advance,
Sylwia
