Hello
I am currently working on a multi-group SEM. I've always fitted models with the option 'nomeans' to omit intercepts and means (as I am not interested in them).
My hypotheses are about testing differences in effects across groups. I am now wondering if this specification has any consequences for these computations as there might be differences in intercepts and means across these groups. Note that I tested for metric/factorial invariance with the option 'nomeans' in place. Can anyone tell me if I have to be worried about that?
Thank you!
