Greetings. I am reaching out for help with melogit postestimation commands.
I am using melogit to model a dichotomous outcome with a fixed effect (year that the outcome developed) and random effects for the country where the outcome took place (n=9). I would like to summarize the modeled country effects in an easily interpretable way. How would you typically show and explain the results for each of the nine countries?
At present, I generate empirical Bayes means for _cons[place] using < predict [newvar], reffects > . Then I use tab to determine the mean for each country. There is surely a more elegant approach, likely something that shows both means and confidence intervals. I'll appreciate your help. Thanks.
