Hi Everyone,
1. I am trying to understand the meaning of D1 and LD under the short run output section of the ecm model.What do the stand for?
2. If the other variables don't appear in the short run output section, does that mean they have no significant impact on the dependent variable in the short run? They seem to appear in the long run despite significance or lack of it.
3. What does it mean for the short run independent variables when the LD of the dependent variable in the short run section is not significant.
