Hi everyone 👋
There are packages in STATA for net reclassification improvement (NRI) but they do not take into account censoring. The original idea is to measure the extent to which addition of a new marker will cause improvement clinically; but it is defined for non-survival setting. The extended formula of NRI has been described by Pencina et al. in 2014 but I could not find a program for it in STATA.
I found a package for R (survIDINRI), but I am not an R user.
Could you please help me out?
Thanks
