I want to generate a plot using mplotoffset with a legend that includes line segments and symbols. The default line type is "rcap" which won't allow the legend to include symbols. I believe I need to change to "connected"; however, neither mplotoffset, recast(connected) nor manually changing the drop-down menu to connected in the graph editor will work.
Any suggestions? Also, thanks to Nick Winter for mplotoffset. It's a major visual improvement over marginsplot.
