We have a dataset of heart rate variation over time during a 5-minute session (increments of 30 data points per second for 5 minutes) with 30 participants. The session was preceded and followed with a questionnaire asking about participants' intention to purchase a product. We would like to test if regardless of the time point during the session, participants' level of heart rate predicts intention to purchase (measured only before and after the session and labeled as t0_likelyhood and t1_likelyhood). Can we use xtgls to predict this outcome? Using a long-shaped dataset, we get the following. Can I trust these results?
