Hi everyone! I was wondering if anybody has a do-file and database for calculation of CPI from the scratch. I am interested in figuring out the step-by-step calculation of CPI for any country (starting from the aggregation of price indices from regions to the whole country, assinging product weights and etc.). Thank you!
