Dear colleagues i have a model:
arima lograte time vacperiod strike malnutration, arima(1,0,0) . Where am tring to asses impact of PCV10 on incident rates of pneumonia (lograte). How can I generate counterfactual(predicted lograte in absence of intervention). Vacperiod is the variable denoting pre and post vaccine period(coded 1=post, 0=pre).
