Hello,
In my work, I try to investigate whether differences exist between Europe and around the globe. I use data on a country level and don't have that many observations. in Europe 27 countries are selected and for the globe 150. Data stem from 2014-2020. I already use a time fixed effect model, but I wonder what the differences are between OLS and FE and what also the meaning or difference of 2SLS is.
If someone is able to clarify the different models to me, thank you.
Kind regards,
Jan
