Dear Community,
I am collecting data from the updates that various projects have. I would like to investigate different characteristics of these updates. The problem is that projects can post as many updates as they want, and the projects also run for different lengths of time. For example, for project one I have data from ten projects, for project 2 I have data from 15 projects, and so on. In addition, I have data that is subject to the duration of the project every single day, i.e. how much money a project in question has earned per day. Of course, we also know the times at which the updates were posted.
My question now concerns the data structure. If I understand correctly, this is not a panel data structure, as I would need the same number of updates for each individual project, is that correct? So i am wondering how i should structure the data and what kind of analysis i can do. I would be very happy to receive any suggestions.
Best regards
