Hi everyone,
I am working on minor revision of a manuscript and I have been asked to correct for multiple comparisons. I have investigated the association of atherosclerosis on incident cardiovascular disease using Cox models. Atherosclerosis was assessed using 6 different parameters that basically measure the same thing. Our findings were consistent across all parameters showing their robustness.
It is unclear to me how to perform such a correction for multiple comparison given that I ran 6 different Cox models. I know that the Bonferroni correction is very conservative; maybe I could use another method but I do not really know how to implement this in STATA...
I was wondering if someone could help me starting with this?
Thank you so so much!
