Hi,
this may seem very basic, but I’m quite new to Stata - I need to compare incidents rates of mortality with the first 6 months following diagnosis of event X. Because event X is not given as binary but it’s the date of diagnosis, I was thinking to use “stsplit” newvar, after(dateX) at(), but how do I cut for months instead of years?
thanks
