Dear all,
I´m using data from a Panel Study and working with two main latent variables (X and Y) that were measured both at two time points (with the same indicators). Based on theoretical considerations I want to analyze whether X affects Y and vice versa controlling for the prior level of both constructs. Unfortunately, X and Y are not measured at the exact same time points, which (I think) makes the application of a cross-lagged model difficult. X is measured in the years 2012 and 2016, whereas Y is measured in the years 2014 and 2016. Therefore I conducted the following SEM. However, I´m unsure if ß1 and ß2 can be interpreted as a cross-lagged effect?

I appreciate any kind of help and advice
