I'm embarrassed to post this since I'm sure the answer is simple but I couldn't find it in the Statalist FAQ. To wit: I oftentimes see a link in a Statalist thread that might look like, say, #9, which links directly to the #9 posting in the thread.
My question: How is such a link created? Copying the link itself gives the full link, not the nicely abreviated and helpful version that appears as, say, #9
