Hi everyone, I am new to the stata forum and I have some questions.
To run my regression, I need some data on control variables.
One of them is a dummy variable that equals 1 if the compensation committee is comprised wholly of independent directors.
I got my data from Boardex committee details.
I have variable that describe:
-Committee name (this shows when the name is compensation)
-BoardRole (this shows when a director is independent)
I have data from 2011-2019.
I already created a dummy variable that equals 1 if the committee name is ''compensation'' and when the Boardrole is ''Independent director''. (This dummy is called indcompcom)
The last step to get my variable is to create a dummy variable that equals 1 if the compensation committee is comprised wholly of independent directors.
Could anyone help me how to get this variable? I would really appreciate it.
Kind regards,

The data set I have looks as follows:
