Dear Statalists,

I need your help to find the right command of margins and marginsplot. Here's what I wish to see:

- gender differences in the relationship between age groups and educational levels (I hypothesize an interaction effect of education on the relationship between age and economic status - employed, unemployed, inactive), my commands were:

Code:
by gender: mlogit ecostat i.gender i.ageg##i.edu3 i. edu3 i.hpart i.depch c.isei08, rrr

margins, dydx(ageg) by(edu3)
margins, at (edu3=(0 1 2)) at (female=(0)) at (ageg=(0 1))
marginsplot, xdimension(at(edu3)) plotdimension(at(ageg)) bydimension(_outcome)
This is the graph of marginsplot
Array

I wish to obtain two different graph one for males and one for females showing the relationship between age and education on each of the three outcome categories of econommic status.
With my first margins command I do not see gender differences, but neither with the second margins command and marginsplot. Do you have some suggestions for displaying in a good way what I wish?

Thank you for your help!
Best regards,

Chiara
