I have data for historical breast cancer mortality rates for countries and I'd like to extract the maximum values for each country mapped to the name of each country (newvar_Country and newvar_max, and the corresponding year of the observed maximum)
I've tried a number of approaches but with no success - if anyone has any suggestions I'd be very grateful
thank you!
