Hello,
I am doing an oaxaca decomposition of the ethnic pay gap and then doing a diff-in-diff analysis to see if the 2017 terrorist attacks had any effect on the pay of muslims/arabs. I was wondering whether it is necessary for me to test for the OLS assumptons first or whether they're not relevant here? I am using cross-sectional data.
Thanks for any help provided!
