Dear Stata users,

I am trying to calculate mean eGFR loss/year using joint model which uses both the longitudinal eGFR data and observed times to end-stage kidney disease.

The syntax looks as below. But I am not sure whether this is correct or not.

stjm log_gfr, panel(ID) survm(weibull) rfp(1) survcov(baseline_age gender sbp race hba1c cigarett any) derivassociation

I would really appreciate if anyone may help me to correct the syntax.
