Dear Statlisters,
Probably this question is asked before, but I could not find clear answer.
I am interested to find the number of countries which is development aid given to in at least one year between 2008-2016. Finding the amount of missing values is not sufficient because some countries received development for instance only in 2009 (rest is missing).
I have panel data of 216 countries of the years 2008-2016, with the following variables of interest for this question:
CountryName
Year
Aid
If anything is unclear about this question, do not mind to ask for clarification or extra information.
Thanks in advance!
