melogit vs bayesian melogit
I would be appreciated if you could help me. I have conducted a multilevel model for binary outcome (self-rated health) . About 72000 individuals at level 1 are nested within 50 countries at level 2.
The number of countries is rather small, thus to obtain more robust estimate I performed bayesian melogit and the Deviance Information Criterion (DIC) was used to compare the fit of different models. Is this correct ? or using melogit (instead of MCMC estimate) the result will be robust enough?
Thank you very much!
