Hi,
I used a gravity model to estimate the effects of Regional Trade Agreement using the PPML estimator and pair fixed effects to control for endogeneity.
How can I test for endogeneity, doing a Durbin-Wu-Hausman test or just adding leads for Regional Trade Aggreement dummy?
Thank you!
