Dear Statalist,

I plotted the top graph using the following code. However, as you can see it is not neat and blue columns are hiding behind the red.
Therefore I want to make the bar graph something like the graph below. However, it uses the command over() I think not allowed
in twoway. If you could tell me a modified code to solve this and present nicely appreciate
