Hi!
Does anyone know how to create ROC curves after Cox models? Basically, here is what I am working on: association between vitamin d and incident fracture in a cohort of 3,000 older adults.

I found that having low vitamin d level is associated with greater risk of femur fracture and I would like to determine the optimal cut-off to take action. I have read several posts on ROC curves after logistic regressions but I can't find how to find this cut off in this context.
Any idea?
Your help is much appreciated!
Best,
