Dear all, I have a problem with 2SLS. Now I have one endogenous variable and I find one instrument variable.
I know it is exactly just identified and can not do overidentification test.
Which kinds of tests should I do with one endogenous variable and one instrument variable?
Many thanks for your suggestions advance.
Best
Raymond
